REFERRALS & APPOINTMENTS

Tupelo Pointe is a small, referral-based Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation practice with a limited patient panel.

The practice is currently closed to general new patients. A limited number of new patients may be considered on a case-by-case basis through specific physician or professional referral.

Patients referred for consultation or procedures must have an established medical care team responsible for their ongoing medical management. Each referral is reviewed for clinical appropriateness, scope of practice, and available capacity. A referral does not guarantee acceptance for consultation or treatment.

If a referral is accepted, a member of the clinical staff will contact the patient directly regarding next steps. Due to the volume of referrals and inquiries received, the practice is unable to provide individual responses regarding cases that are not accepted.
